This ride is open to Widows Sons, their spouses or girlfriends. Guest riders may be invited with prior approval of the officers.
You must wear Widows Sons Colors (Vest and appropriate patches).

 6:00 pm - Riders meet at Beaver Creek Westmark Hotel in the Trapline Lounge
7:30 pm - Beaver Creek Rendezvous Dinner & Show
10:00 pm - Libations in the Trapline Lounge

Please note: Yukon time is 1 hour later than Alaska time

10:00 am – Riders depart as a group for Whitehorse, Yukon
Noon – Picnic Lunch at Soldier Summit, Yukon (Courtesy of Juneau Widows Sons)
5:00 pm - Riders meet at Whitehorse City Limits for official escort
6:00 pm or thereabouts - Barbecue Dinner with our Canadian Brethren
Lodging at Whitehorse Westmark Hotel and Conference Center
Libations at the Westmark Steele Street Lounge

Afternoon – International Fellowship Picnic at Takhini Hot Springs (18 miles from Whitehorse)

LODGING INFORMATION

Lodging in Beaver Creek will be at the Beaver Creek Westmark.
Lodging in Whitehorse will be at the Whitehorse Westmark Hotel and Conference Center.

Room Blocks have been reserved for the Widows Sons.

BEAVER CREEK, YUKON - May 22, 2009

Lodging will be at the Beaver Creek Westmark. A Room Block has been reserved for the Widows Sons so
when you make your reservation mention the “Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association”. The rate is
$89.00 CDN +5% Tax per room for up to 2 people in the room so find a roomy and this will be about $35
per person US.

There will also be a dinner and show, the “Rendezvous Revue”, at 7:30 pm. We have 3 8-person tables
reserved. The cost will be $41 (CDN) per person (about $35 US) and is all inclusive.

The bar is fully licensed, and features the Trapper’s Brew standup bar which should meet our
refreshment needs nicely.

WHITEHORSE, YUKON – May 23 & 24, 2009

Lodging will be at the Whitehorse Westmark Hotel and Conference Center. A Room Block has been
reserved for the Widows Sons so when you make your reservation mention the “Widows Sons Masonic
Riders Association”. The rate is $99.00 CDN +5% Tax per room for up to 2 people in the room so find a
roomy and this will be about $44 per person US.

We will be having a Barbecue Dinner with our Canadian Brethren on the 23rd and a Picnic on the 24th.

The Westmark features the Steele Street Ale and Roast House for additional dining needs.

The Westmark’s Steele Street Lounge is fully licensed, and features a fine ale collection.

ROOM RESERVATIONS

Participants can call toll free (800) 544-0970 to make reservations for both locations. Please state
you are with the “Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association”. A credit card will be requested at the time
of booking to guarantee bookings. Reservations can be cancelled up to 24-hours prior to the arrival date
without penalty. Reservations must be made PRIOR to May 1, 2009.
